        Shipping & Delivery

We ship within two working days of receiving your order.  If there is a problem with supply we will contact you.  BoatShoesOnline ships within Australian by either regular mail. We charge a flat rate of $15.00 Australia wide or express post at $25.00 Australia wide. 

For overseas, we use Australia Post Air Post or if you wish for a rapid service Australia Post EMS Express Courier.

On Overseas parcels, we will include the general terms of the contents to conform with the relevant customs laws. 

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy when you visit our website and online store.  We do not sell, rent, exchange or distribute your information to any third party.

To process your order, we have to have your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information.  This information is used solely to process your order and for no other purpose.  Your email address and phone number are required in case we have a question about your order, and to notify you that your order is on its way.  We do not use your personal information in any other way unless authorized by you.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site.  This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser.  You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening if you choose to do so.  The information collected in this way can be used to identify your IP (Internet Address) unless you modify your browser settings.

Returns & Replacements

Boatshoesonline warranty all of our products for 1 year against faults in manufacture.  If you have a problem please contact us before returning the goods so that we can discuss the most appropriate way to solve the problem.  The faulty product will either be repaired or replaced.

Should there be a problem with the size or color, the customer is obliged to pay the return postage of the goods to us and we will then forward replacing the product at no further cost to the customer.
